heard a rumour that chelsea, man city and Manchester United are after our 15 year old gk robbie mccrorie, if this is true its brilliant that we're still producing some quality youngsters, anyone seen him play and do you think its true?

{Ed039's Note - Is this not a story from about a year ago?)

Tell the lad to go allyy won't give him a chance

The article is correct. Manchester united have been keeping a close eye on his progress!

Saw him in the Victory Sheild this year and looked quite a good Keeper but still only 16. His brother played right back for Scotland as well and he looked better

I heard this earlier in the week aswell

Would it not be in the best interests of the club to hold onto the boy for a few years, if these top teams are sniffing then clearly the lad is likely to be a sellable asset in the coming years!

How can a left back "look better " than a keeper. don't get that mate. Its a peice that's been doing the rounds for a year rite enuf ED. If the boy is valuable then put a price on his head that reflects that in todays marketplace. We have been renowned for letting players go for coppers. If the boy makes it then good luck to him. Hope its with Rangers

{Ed039's Note - Yes but look back the last 30 years or so, Alan McGregor is the only goalkeeper I can think of that made first team from youth set up)

Simply meant if I had the choice of the two based upon what I saw, then the right back looked the better player.

{Ed039's Note - The more promising player, I understand what you are saying)

I don't why you are concerned about this GK. When administration arrives they will get him on a free transfer anyway
