If there is any legally minded people on here can u please explain this that someone has just put on a social network site here goes, R. F. C 2012 formerly the rangers football club company number ac004276. Notice is hereby given pursuant to rule 4. 13 of the insolvancy (scotland) rules 1986 that the annual meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held within the merchants house Glasgow on the 9th December 2014 at 10am for the purposes of receiving the liquidators account of the winding up.

I am not legally minded but I think this is self-explanatory mate
BDO, the liquidators, are having a meeting as is required by the insolvency rules and have invited all the creditors of RFC 2012 to give them an update on the winding up proceedings, be interesting to see what they tell the creditors though

BDO got Â£24m settlement from collyer bristow and creditors will be paid from the money

Nothing will be paid out til after the big tax case, BDO asked for Â£24m but they settled out of court so doubt very much if they got Â£24m
