Hibs have told Scott Allan and his agent that he can have his transfer, but he will not be allowed to go to Rangers.
Hibs will not accept any bids from Rangers unless it is silly money (over £1m).
Celtic and Wolves rumoured to be interested.

We all have to move from the Scott Allan saga, he isn't coming to Rangers, ever.

Hard to disagree but I badly hope your wrong mate,

Your right, they won't sell to us. Their chief executive has staked her authority on that. Won't happen.

I don't think he's the answer anyway although he is a decent player. Man for man hibs have a better side as much as it pains me to say. Unless we pull the finger out and sign 2-3 players that are of quality above the championship then we will fail again.

Look at game today, we started well but it's the same story as last season. Hubs could be 2-3 up by half time. Our attack is aimless

I stand corrected.

4.) 25 Jul 2015
25 Jul 2015 13:28:21
Yes I agree about the match although hibs are down 2-1 against a team that's still trying to find their feet not bad

By the way Rangers are playing some good stuff against a team that have been together longer there is certInly a lot of encouragement here
And Scott Allan will be a Rangers player next week

25 Jul 2015 14:17:12
Our Attack looked aimless apart from 6 times LOL

Hmmmmm, looking at the body language at the end of the game between our players and SA, I reckon they know something we don't. Looks very much like he IS coming to us from what I saw. Could be wrong.

8.) 25 Jul 2015
25 Jul 2015 14:42:54
Maybe Scott Allan doesn't want to play for Celtic or wolves.

Allan will b a bear nxt week great performance by all rangers players today Tavernier in particular stood out

Noticed that too pieandbovril. Handshake and hug/pat on back from virtually full gers first team at final whistle, rest got customary handshake. Treated same as a teammate would be. A lot more confident it'll happen now after seeing that, will come down to where Allan wants to go more than who hibs want to sell him to. Expecting it to drag on though tbh, bad pr if hibs let him go too quick after all the rebuttles from hibs to date.

Showed when he came on difference he can make, two outstanding runs though midfield and set up chances that were missed. If eustace does sign too and is as good as warbs rates him then halliday eustace and Allan would be a cracking midfield three in my book. Solid, energetic and inventive, everything we were missing last year.

I agree about tavernier, he was my motm today, excellent

Aye that wee cheeky tackle on Law and the way Law reacted said it all for me too. Normally there would be handbags involved with that sort of tackle, but nothing more than a wee friendly pat on the head. If they score 2 we'll score 6 seems to be the game plan!! Team looked brilliant compared to last season and they can only get better. Wife even said she hasn't seen me smile like that for a good while!

@spart7 Great midfield trio, but instead of Halliday, I'd play Holt there, and then Halliday over Temps on the wing.

Scott Allan not coming to rangers

15.) 25 Jul 2015
25 Jul 2015 19:58:45
Come on Gardner make up your mind mate lol. He's not coming under any circumstances, you can have him but it'll cost 850k, he is going but fee will be 450k plus add ons, he's not going in fact he's signing a new contract with hibs on Monday, he's absolutely going but to anyone except rangers. That sum up your personal assessment on here to date? You got a new one for us for tomorrow? Hahaha

16.) 25 Jul 2015
25 Jul 2015 20:01:45
Gardner1965 I think your posts are more in hope than actual knowledge mate. Unless you can provide actual evidence to back up your claim??

17.) 25 Jul 2015
25 Jul 2015 22:50:27
Got inside info and he won't be going to rangers rangers have proven they can't afford him if he does go it will be to Dundee Utd or septic maybe you should worry more about your team rather than hibs

18.) 25 Jul 2015
25 Jul 2015 23:39:20
Stubbs interview before the game didn't rule anything out but I would prefer we weren't held to ransom for another midfield player and got in another striker and cover at LB

19.) 26 Jul 2015
25 Jul 2015 21:21:25
What complete rusbbish! If they stood in his way it would purely be out of bitterness. It is not in the business interest of Hibs not to sell to us. At least they could replace him with the money.

And to the guy who said he's signing a new contract with Hibs on Monday, lay off the meth pal.

20.) 26 Jul 2015
26 Jul 2015 00:05:10
Gardner. We can't afford sa but DU can? Are you insane? I think Stubbs ' comments after the game were made laced with a hefty mixture of frustration and sour grapes. And Gardner - we couldn't give a stuff about Hibs. If that's the best you can do it's going to be a long season for you. We want Allan but you know what? I kind of hope he stays where he is and he comes for nowt next season for our return to the top division. Bide your time Scott. You'll be home soon enough

21.) 26 Jul 2015
26 Jul 2015 09:29:36
I think we will get him maybe not this week but before window closes and we will need to up bid prob to about 400k, got a feeling hibs will sign a few players this week to smooth the way

22.) 26 Jul 2015
26 Jul 2015 11:30:22
Allan WILL be in Rangers colours by Wednesday next week possibly earlier

Nobody else will match Rangers bid of £350k next week and llan wants only us especially after today seeing the style of play Warburton will let him play in

23.) 26 Jul 2015
26 Jul 2015 15:54:14
Gardner you don't half talk nonsense. And worry about my club?? I have no worries about my club mate. It's a cracking time to be a Rangers fan. Brilliant management team, new young hungry players and giving our nearest rivals an absolute pumping at their own dump. And to top it off about to take their star player. Life is good mate. Life is really good.

24.) 26 Jul 2015
26 Jul 2015 18:03:59
Deluded I've told all the rumours I've heard now what I think sa at the moment has been told he's not going to rangers and are waiting on bids from Celtic and Dundee Utd who are sitting with £1.4 m to spend if all three clubs put in a bid for say £400k hibs will sell to septic or Utd before rangers if sa insists on going to rangers hibs will want all the money up front which has been proven they cannot afford in asking for payment arrangements for the original £175k but who knows what's going to happen me I don't care in my opinion bartleys a far better midfielder and has better pace I have no worries for hibs this season even after yesterday's result

25.) 26 Jul 2015
26 Jul 2015 19:29:25
Ha ha Gardner you are a comedian mate and a deluded one at that. Where is this proof that Rangers don't have the money? Please provide actual proof of this cause I would love to see it. Don't you get the fact it's all a win win situation for Rangers. Either we get Scott Allan now,January on a pre or he signs for somebody else. whatever way it weakens an already poor hibs team. We humped your team yesterday with a team that have hardly played any time together. We will only get better. You will only get worse without your star man. Happy days.

26.) 26 Jul 2015
26 Jul 2015 20:51:39
Hurlox the fact you asked for the payment plan as I've said yes good win yesterday over hibs the bigger team as I've said we still have 2 players in the under 19s that are as good if not better than Allan and Barkley is a far better player in my oppinion for pace and ability I have explained how hibs are the bigger club but I have no worries for this season we are financially secure and debt free all the things the Rangers can't say as I've said good luck for the season ahead and even if you go up to the spl.
And we'll done septic for at least 15 in a row lol
GGTTH

Gardner1965 - - are you really happy that the 'bigger team' got pumped on Saturday. That the 'bigger team ' keeps its best players in the under 19's? That despite being financially secure & debt free, the bigger team can't buy anyone, and finally are you happy that the 'bigger team' has no ambition at all, to perhaps challenge their cousins from the East End for the SPL, in the next 10 years or so?
