If I could pick one person from this saga to lock up it would be Ahmed. Yes others may have been more culpable but his cheek to sue us for compensation took the biscuit.

Green has been charged on information provided by Craig whyte- ie that the 2012 purchase involved him (whyte) and green defrauded him.

Whyte is admitting this for two reasons. Firstly to reduce his criminal charges by cooperation and secondly to attempt to gain access to funds he claims green holds on his behalf.

His claim is that he was the behind the scenes player in the administration purchase and that he viewed administration as a legitimate way to rid club of its debts not as a n act of fraud.

Green in turn claims this is nonsense, however police seem to think otherwise.

Still the biggest question I have is why did Ashley meet green and whyte prior to the liquidation. There I'd an injunction stopping the press reporting details of this meeting. DR did have a story on website for all of 5mins before it was removed.

alaska what I meant was the easdales gave info against green and co that's why they are not involved ashley was involved with green and white before the club was liquidated
