I know you will be sick of hearing this but MW has been linked with the Swansea jobs at odds on. Now odds on seems a bit worrying to me this time. I hope he keeps his words. Source was walesonline.

He was odds on for Fulham too, means nothing in my opinion.

I'm over the moon with the job mw is doing but I have to be honest here there are better managers than him available for the Swansea job Niger Pearson for example, I'd be amazed if he got a premier league job at the minute as for the Fulham job i'd say they have somebody lined up. Plus there owner seems a bit trigger happy with managers.

I would think he would require some meat on his CV before going south. He has done nothing to date.

MW being linked with these jobs is pure PR. With all due respect he has done nothing to warrant being linked with all these jobs. However it helps distract all the fans from the disaster that is the current board.

What did Gary monk have on his cv before he got the Swansea job? u don't need anything on your cv if the chairman wants u to be his manager! He took over a mid table Brentford team got them promoted 6 months later he then took them to the playoffs the following year In the championship not a bad 18 months work if u ask me!

He won promotion with Brentford to championship then almost the premiership until they ran out of steam. But harsh to say he's done nothing. He does also talk a very good game hence his good reputation.

In terms of what he's done at ibrox, he has yet to achieve anything or fo anything beyond what should be expected of any half decent manager. That's not a dig, it's a fact. He may very well go on to win promotion, but it's next season in the premiership that he should be judged upon. Winning the championship with the playing budget we have is no big achievement, it should be expected. Last season is not what we should be using as a yardstick.

There simply must be something to the on going stories and betting interest. Someone close to him is clearly briefing that he is not fully happy and is open to a move. Otherwise this would have run out of steam by now. His angry reaction suggests it is hitting a nerve, possibly because it's public. Perhaps he's missing his family, perhaps he's concerned about investment in the team (he will realize a great amount is required) , or perhaps he's just not enjoying the job- I'm sure most people can relate to that.

Bigger point here- if he wants to go, let him go. We need to make some big strides forward in the next two transfer Windows and can't afford to get things wrong. Be madness to give him money to spend then for him to leave in January or at end of season.

The press in Scotland have lost so many readers over the years they are now trying anything to sell their papers . The more ridiculous the story, the more chance the Scottish media will release it.

MW, three weeks ago confirmed that he has a planned project at Rangers. He has told many personal friends that he will be here for the term of his contract. In life nothing is 100% guaranteed but l do honestly believe that the fellow is honest and honourable in his statement that he will be staying at Rangers for his contract.

Contract term ended by mutual agreement? Contract terms are purely financial guarantees for a period. Not a guarantee of the actual job itself. It did seem rather odd that he take to twitter to make his feelings widely known?

MW took to Twitter to let the supporters know he has no intention of leaving Rangers until he has at least completed his project, the terrible press in our wee country will print anything to sell there papers, and maybe print such a load of crap in the hope of upsetting a certain supporter,

Don't know what else the boss can do. No wonder he gets annoyed. How many times can he come out and say he is going nowhere and that he has a job to do here. Luigi, do you really think MW is trying to engineer a move away from Ibrox? Would he really go to a club like Swansea, or the Championship right now? Sorry I just don't see it.

Mw has nothing on his cv what did he do with Brentford nothing? Did they get promoted under an inexperienced manager? Does thing like that not stand out on your cv? People just talk pure nonsense on hete.
