Sick of hearing about this guy, if he was what we're making out we wouldve signed him already.

You would love to see him at Rangers based on his best goals compilation on YouTube ahead of a professional football management team who have been watching him train and play for weeks? Sebo would have looked like a super star on YouTube mate. Unbelievable comment.

Anybody can look good on YouTube, plus it now looks like we don't have any money for players, so much for Dave kings promise that whatever it takes will be spent, then haggle over 500k, it's time he told fans one way or the other then at least we know the truth, I'm sick of people promising us fans then not following through, just so people know I'm a board supporter, I would just rather he told us we don't have money instead of promising us millions.

You lot are infuriating - the "Wheres the money" brigade.

Everyone he has brought in could be sold for profit next year, and therefore has been a sound investment so far. King promised 30m to get Rangers back to challenging for the PL - not "30m for players to play in the Scottish Championship". Wake up would you?

There isn't a club in a second tier any where in the world that can spend 15m on players, never mind 30m. The club needs to pay off some debts to SME's, fix Ibrox, refit the whole squad and management team, pay off some players/coaches, revamp the youth set-up and the while still please idiotic fans that think 30m means "all on players". No wonder some managers don't last in football with such weighty expectations.

U wake up, every time King in in front of the camera he's telling us whatever it takes, we don't have a budget, if mark wants a player we will sign him,20 mill-30 mill, kids inheritance, season ticket money spent on players, he said it all, I don't care how much we have for players, just stop telling us what we want to here, we've had enough people like that, I told u I'm a board supporter, they r doing a great job, but every time kings on tv he gets u excited then were haggling over a player at 500k, it's just annoying at times.

Why would we sign someone based on YouTube? Absolute shocking comment. He's came for a trial and obviously not fitted in the plans of warbs. There's far better strikers at the club and available elsewhere, there's no rush for a striker. All of them are scoring plenty just now and with the signings that are coming in shortly that will help them score even more. In Warburton we trust.

TheCampbell you need to pipe down mate, all Little blue bear said was that he looks like he can score goals which is dead true. The boy has been away on international duty that's why it went quiet. He also scored a hatrick In a bounce game for us so he must have good confidence. Personally I would love to see him sign, it would be a great investment. How can you not understand that haggling is the absolutely best way to go about getting players, this is how we can see a difference in Rangers and the progress of building the club over the last year. No more throwing money away, that's all it is. Back the board back th club back the team watp.

Hi guys I am really sorry for pissing you all off I was just asking a questions and did not say sign him because I watched him in you tube if I remember Rangers had the the player over two have a look at him plus he score in a bounce match I don't get a chance to get to all the games and I watch most off them on YT for me he ticks a lot off boxes
Young
Has pace
Can score
Willing to track back
Possible after sale
Sorry guys.

I agree with soblue. I don't remember him promising 30Mil in the championship. He'll be providing bits at a time when we need players like now and probably more in the summer.

delboy there is plenty of proof that 500k can get you a top player. I'm not a fan of o'halloran but the likes of dorrans and mccarthur. Both cost less than 500k so we need to wait and see if he turns out good before we judge them.

Dave King said - He will do whatever it takes!
So has he done whatever it takes to get promoted - YES!
Within the past 7 months we have signed 2 keepers, 3 defenders, 4 midfielders and a striker.

On top of this we have taken 3 players on loan and it looks likely we are bringing in at least another 2 players!

That means by the end of the window we will likely have seen 15 players through the door. Make no mistake this has cost us millions!

We will no doubt have more in the summer also. These will I would expect be of a slightly higher calibre as we will be up a division.

Did Dave King promise to compete with Celtic etc but we have to get up there first. The players we will want to compete with them will not want to play in the championship so we must wait and build a young up and coming squad for them to join in with.

I would like to know what other players/support Dave King could realistically have offered?

Dont apologise its not aimed at you, its more so that we're not in a position to base an opinion on couple of youtube videos or a bounce match.

I hold our management in high regard and i don't think they've made a mistake yet with recruitment, which are bound to be made admittedly by Warburton who said if he gets 8/10 right every time he'll be happy.

If he's good enough he'll be signed its as simple as that, if we're not interested its fine. I'd really wish we'd stop being part time scouts and if i hear one more time we need a big lump to win headers i'll go mental.

Aye bluegenius. If there had been absolutely no activity in the transfer market I would be concerned but we have made 4 signings since the window opened, 2 now and 2 coming in the summer. Imo we are right to haggle over players. It's good business practice and shows other clubs we won't be pushed around and dictated to. MW obviously has a valuation in his mind for O'Halloran and if SJ want more than that then tough. Remember the lad only played two or three times in England before he was punted back up here. I wouldn't be too upset if he didn't sign. As for the big midfielder at Brentford ' yes he wants to come to Ibrox, but again, if Brentford are holding out for more than MW thinks he is worth then it's not going to happen. The days of the club throwing cheques about all over the place is well and truly finished and I for one am glad MW and the board are going about their business in the right way. We'll get there. We have a fantastic management team and a very good side, more than capable of getting us back in the top flight. Let's all get behind the club over the next 5 months or so and roar us back to where we were always meant to be. I'd expect some juicy moves in the summer ready for our battle with Delilah ' s duds.

Calm down lads. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion. I personally think Dave King and W&W have done not to shabby considering our management team we have and the players we've brought in. Remember we brought in a few other staff members too. We shouldn't need to spend big to get out this league and its proven already were in to January and sitting 5 points clear at the top.

Peace out.

Have to totally agree with the points made by Eezyeez and Tjrfc.

Plenty of talent and hidden gems to be had for under a million, I am not particularly fussed for O'Halloran myself but hey if Warbs fancies he will add something to our team then I for one will back him.

I don't get all this "we need to spend 30 million" talk!, we are investing in the team in a timeous fashion like should be done to build a team, warbs is adding to the key areas that he sees short in the team, not buying people for the sake of it like previous regimes have done, we certainly don't need to run out and buy a team overnight!

As for Little Blue bear, all the poster done was express an opinion that plenty of others have expressed (myself included) previously on numerous occasions.

Totally agree that there's great players for 500k just look at waggy and tav for proof of that, I think some fans think I want millions spent on players, I don't it's just sometimes i get mixed messages from Dave King, this board has been superb since they took over, I just wish mr King would stop saying half the things he does, but it's only my opinion guys.

I said all this weeks ago:
Don't spend all money now as don't need it.
Money has been spent on players so far.
Money has been spent on stadium, coaching, scouts etc.
Certain people on here don't seem to understand and want the board to spend 30m on 1 or 2 players and NOW!
It don't matter what this board does some people will never be happy. Back the team, back the manager and back the club. If we ain't all together we will never start to move this club forward.

So blue we'll said son, too many people have short memories, also when we are up next season we will have a far stronger team, as MW said the MAJOR work in the transfer market will be in the summer!
