Rumoured that Jason Cummings is either on his way to rangers or wolves are interested, Stubbs will no doubt tell him to go down south but apparently he is quite interested in staying in Scotland.

When Hibs equalised yesterday our lack of a player capable of some magic was a real concern. Nicky Clarke is a nice lad but offers nothing when he isn't getting the ball in the six yard box! Once Waggy and Zel left the field there was no energy or threat. Anyone who would't want Cummings, who can pick a ball up 30 yards from goal and make something happen, is crazy imo.

I would much rather have Cummings than Nicky Clarke. That said Cummings has been poor in the Cup Finals and Play off Games where he's underperformed. He might lack that big game mentality? The experience gained though will help him prepare for future cup finals if he were to move to Rangers. Hibs may not need to sell now with chance of European football which will also adversely affect our budget aswell.
I hope not though as I for 1 would love us to sign him he's only going to improve.

We need better than that, we're away from championship stuff now and need seven or eight players who can cut it at the top end of the SPL. Players who can do it in the big games. Players who will be able to hold their own in Europe the season after next. We need to bring in players of a far higher calibre than even those we now consider to be decent performers. We need to spend at least £10m, not the £4m we're going to spend.

Not that I watched all the celebrations yesterday but from what I could see Cummings wasn't exactly fully rubbing gers faces in it unlike a few of the hibs players. Maybe a sign where he is headed. I'd sign the lad in a heart beat.

Did anyone watch his OTT celebrating afterwards? He hates Rangers, he won't be coming here, having said that I did notice Holliday had a wee smile with him at hand shakes.
