My mate isn't normally too far off and he's telling me that Peter Crouch has been contacted about possibility of move. Not sure if he's what we need but his Mrs would def be a welcome addition at games lol.

Crouch no good we don't cross the ball enough and we don't put corners in the box and he can't move with the ball at his feet.

Peter crouch is good in the air but he's always been renowned for being good with the ball at his feet for such a big guy. He would do a job up here.

Give me Peter Crouch in a second. He is good with the ball at his feet, we need options up front, he is outwith our norm, I think it would be a smart move if we brought him in, also experienced at the very highest level!

You don't need to lump it to up to Crouch he's a good footballer. Popular misconception.

gmartin8, Crouch has shown he can handle himself against some of the best/ hardest defenders who have much more ability/ dig than anything up here, would take him in a heartbeat.

Crouch would be amazing up here. His linkup play has always been top class and the guy knows exactly where the goal is. He would score a pile and would cause mayhem for opposition defenses. He is really skillful and has scored probably the best goal I have ever seen. I would welcome that!

Let's be serious though I wouldn't have crouch for my Sunday league team Fairless rangers, his goal return is abysmal. If we sign him or even talk to him in anyway about a deal then we're decreasing in the quality of player we can bring to our great club.

I didn't say that he didn't have ability. Without a doubt players down South are technically better. I fear signing someone like him (who has scored 2 goals in 18 appearances this year btw! ) would get battered. If I am wrong, I am wrong, but I can't see him being a good signing.
