DR reporting today that the Clint Hill deal will be finalized today and krakjar has signed. Hill I am shocked at as I have never heard of him and he played in aQPR side that leaked goals very easy even with top class keeper. Surely better players available in our budget than Hill. If Krankjar has signed and to join up on US tour why don't we know about it?

We have not heard as he has not signed yet, gone are the days when McCoist would tell the world who we wanted then we would get none of them.

Kranjcar can't sign until his deal with the cosmos is up on the 30th June.

Blue nose, He will play for a year which will give the younger lads a share of his experience, he will then go into coaching. sounds like a great idea.

I can't believe some people are saying they've never heard of Clint Hill. He's been a mainstay of championship level football for at least the last 10 years. Wondering if people even watch football when Rangers don't play. Anyway can one of the nay sayers remind me how old Davie weir was when he won the league at our club? Pretty sure he want far off 37. I recon Wilson and kiernan would really benefit from someone like him barking positional orders during a game. What do we think Bears?

Also someone mentioned a top class keeper behind him . Surely this was a joke he had Rob Green behind him and that guys been stealing a wage for 15 years. Then he had that Brazilian nightmare for a year. I trust MW to sign who he thinks he needs.

i trust in mw aswell but I think that we could with spendi bit of money in two areas, cb position and an all out goal scorer.

Your not seriously saying Wes is better than either of those GKs? Brazilian nightmare. wondering if it is you that actually watches football.

Not bad for a Brazillian nightmare eh Blueshaun! Some folk need to watch football other than Rangers games. Clint Hill would be a fantastic signing, experienced CB with bags of knowledge. I'm a fan of Big Wes but can only dream of winning honours like that!

I believe in military terms that's what's called getting blown out of the water.

. but it still doesn't help clint hill because nothing can.

I watched virtually all of the games the Brazilian played in the premier league that year he was at QPR and he was shocking I stand by my statement. He eventually got dropped for Green which says it all I think.

And no I'm not saying Wes is better but Scottish football is around championship or league one level. My point was about Hill doing a job for us not that I wanted a discussion about a bloody Brazilian goalkeeper. I'll say it again I trust MW to make the signings he wants for his team .

Then don't make ridiculous statements about a "Brazillian nightmare" .
So if the SPL is around the same standard as the championship what makes you think Clint Hill won't do a job considering he's had played at that standard for umpteen years!
I agree with you about MW signing players and we are all entitled to our opinions.

Clint Hill will be a good signing, has also played with Joey Barton in the past. V good no frills defender who can defend. By reputation is a very good pro and will add experience and defensive cover in what will be a testing season.

Alright bluenoses I think Clint hill is a great option bags of experience and looks to me like the magic hat is building a solid back bone to the team. What's the news with Niko Kranjcar who I think would be a Great signing. But my favourite yet is Jordan Rossitier.
