Bigtrfc, I posted on here several weeks ago that rangers were in advanced negotiations with under armour to replace puma as our new kit manufacturers, under armour tonight blundered and actually tweeted when asked about becoming rangers new kit makers, that the new rangers kit is coming soon and to watch this space, its now looking very likely that we'll be changing our kits and manufacturers in the middle of the season once we find out and get the go ahead from the scottish governing body to do it, it looks increasing likely that under armour have secured rangers to now make our kits.

I hope this is true. I know Tottenham have sponsorship with them. maybe warns put a word in. i know that not anything to do with him but hope it true. and we get decent profits on the kits.

They then retracted the statement and said its was a "negative". Could be a blunder.

Again though we'd breach the retail agreement, someone correctly pointed out on twitter that Chelsea done this quite some time ago and this resulted in them losing a legal battle and quite some money.

To be fair Ashley is breaching it by selling unlicenced goods, but its upto the lawyers to point this out. There has to be something in the pipeline.

I don't think the courts like Ashley or the way he conducts his business and could favour for us in a court case!
that being said we now have to be carefull as he likes to go to court the fat rat!

does anyone know if the contract stipulates that his franchise must be able to sell a certain amount or we could terminate the deal and/ or if that's the loophole in the spfl rules that state if retail transaction fall well short of what is expected then we can change our strips?
