Bristol City have submitted a 3.9m bid for Waghorn Personally I think he is worth more Where do we get the goals from now Funny how Bristol City get 14m for their main man upfront and can come in with a fraction of that to purchase our main man! I guess you can see it this way, that we didn't pay anywhere near that for all players we signed this year, so it balances the books On the other hand, Bristol City have received handsome money for selling their prized asset Yet will only need to dip into a fraction of that and still be in profit I guess all parties are happy!

£3.9m, are you high? They asked what the club wanted, Rangers replied with £2m, they offered £1.25m plus add-ons up to £1.5m and it was accepted. Up to the player now, He was on a touch under £6k at Wigan, £8k at Rangers and has been offered £12k at Bristol City. What would you do?

If they offer 5+ I'd take it we need to buy low sell high.
There's plenty of frees still floating about that we could get in.

I think the 3.9m is inc add ons The deal is closer to 3m

Rangers FC renewed his contract from July past, where he is on 11k a week now! So do the Math It's definitely about right!

I doubt he would go for 1k more it's more likely Bristol City will be offering closer to 15k and a case of a decent fee for Rangers to let him go!

Balotellis still at liverpool, don't see anyone wanting him, he's an animal and would stroll it up here, i reckon its worth a chance trying to get him on loan with liverpool still paying some of his wages, if not then what about yesil, young striker left liverpool and is a free agent, only 22 so potential to make a profit, or even anichabe, big powerful striker, would give us someone to aim at for set pieces, any other suggestions.

{Ed091's Note - sigh.

If Bristol want him and have offered that amount of money he will go; much as Warburton might want to retain him he needs the money for two centre backs and I can't see him getting it any other way!

If it is only £1.5 or there about I would tell them where to stick it!

They have just received £14m from Hull so they have the money, worst time for them to negotiate. If they want Waghorn badly enough then they will pay up and we can use the funds to bring in someone decent at centre back.

selik just got 3.5 million for a player that played for them like 12 times or something like that and we are talking about selling ours for 1.5 when he is our top goalscorer! madness.

Bristol City are close to signing striker Gustav Engvall from IFK Goteborg following Jonathan Kodjia's move Aston Villa.
