Yes, which is why all our permanent signings came from the lower leagues in England. Our scouting network is no better than it was under the old regime

Its ok finding hidden talent in lower english leagues for teams like brentford huddersfield rotherham or finding young talent in Arsenal or Liverpools youth team to bring to Ibrox, but these young guys are coming from playing in front of 2 men and a dug to playing in front of 50000 expectant fans every week. and with lack of quality and experience round about them. its too much for most of them
