According to reports bruno alves will snub rangers to stay in italy . really hope this is true the guy is a loose cannon and will probably spend more time in the stands than on the pitch we need to go for someone younger with sell on value to the club imo.

Yeah Euro championship winner in 2016, won titles and cups with every team he was with before Cagliari. A real loose cannon there.

I'm not really a fan of this signing but Barton would of done well here had he been given the chance, Warburton was a pansy and couldn't handle him. Proven by the fact he played well in the premier league for burnley/ sean dyche after leaving us! Also don't think our signings all need to have a sell on value, we won't sell them all and some of them need to do a job for us.

Barton ended up leaving cause Warburton ended up siding with players that couldn't expect any criticism.
Hailiday and co spat the dummies out cause they thought they were a cut above the rest, we have now seen that Halliday and Co were not up the scratch this seasons.
Barton would have been a good player with the more game he played, but then again would have then had to deal with his betting issues.

Agree Barton would have played well up here but Warbs messed it up but would it matter now due to the ban or would he have received a lesser amount of time banned up here?
