According to Fox News Donald Trump is a genius so I wouldn't listen to much of what they have to say

Fox News has reported that a Director of Pena's Club has confirmed that an agreement has been reached with Rangers in respect of his transfer. From what I have read it is Fox News that are quoting a price of $4m, which at current exchange rates is approx. £3.2m.

It is not bs., it is what is being reported. Fox is a good Sports Channel and one that covers UK Soccer as well as games from the Mexican League.

Hope Pedro knows what he's doing here. Important when you start shelling out that sort of sum for a midfield player they hit the ground running and have some future value too. Guessing it's a big piece of Pedro's jigsaw, and looks like he has been give. Carte Blanche to get his own team.

Brave decision from the board, just hoping it pays off.

I read this too, maybe too many underestimating what our finances are and how far King will go with his backing.

The final fee announced will be slightly inflated just like the fees announced by Celtic for the trio that went to Southampton. The final fee will include contingent payments and sell on fees so it appears we are spending more money. Good to see the gers fans aren't falling for it like the other side of the city!

Tom Marshall posted a video on his Twitter saying he believes the deal for Pena will go through. Says he doesn't think the club/ agent/ lawyers would allow the talks to go this far if they didn't believe a work permit was possible. I also read this morning that it is going to be less than the 3 mil first thought. (Can't find that article anymore so take that as you will)

You need to realise that king knows he can't get away with not spending any money now, he sees that it hasn't worked and has told PC that he will get a budget and he's finally living up to his word, why are so many doubting it?

probably cause we have been promised for uears that we would get a good budget😂

Numerous Media Outlets in Mexico, and I suspect across the UK now as well are reporting that Rangers need dispensation from the UK Border Agency and the SFA, and it’s believed that’s almost been granted.

The Media reports are saying that Club director José Luís Higuera has told Fox Sports in Mexico: “There’s an agreement about Carlos Peña with Rangers".

No transfer fee was mentioned by Higuera in the Reports that I have read but Fox Sports mentioned $4m
