Rangers have targeted young Colombian striker Alfredo Morelos and are believed to be confident of completing the signing subject to a work permit being granted.

what's with all the work permits. I don't know if this is true or not. but do we not need to pay for the permit. if this the case then maybe we should try bring in players that don't need them as we could be spending money on players and permits for them to be duds. not putting a damper on things but not all the players will be gems and shine. and if buying young players I say good but feild our youth and let them shine and get big money on them and take our team back to where it belongs top of the league making millions in champions league and bringing in those big names.

IS there not a limit to how many Non-EU players we can have?
I thought it was 3.
If it is we are either not in for this guy or not in for Abella? Or there is an issue with one of the 2 other Mexicans?

Dont think there is a limit and i'm sure arbella has a spanish passport anyway

We can have as many foreign players as we like am sure as long as we have a minimum of 8 homegrown players? Could be wrong
