Reports suggesting that Man City's Academy Manager Mark Allen will be the new director of football at Rangers.

Thinking that we have done most of our transfers regarding players into the first team poss1-2 who we have not heard of being on Pedro's list who may still arrive. i'm thinkin that as far as this window goes the new DOF will try and attract younger players. i'm sure he knows about talent and not just in England due to his previous employers yhen i'm sure he knows avout players all over Europe. I already know that Pedro has signed up 1 youngster but due to the Club moving on I think 5 players Pedro will be on the look out to recruit a few.
I do hope to see Barjonas getting his shot and Serg Atayaki. Hardie deserves a chance this Season.
Regarding Burt Rudden Diamond and Aiden Wilson I would love to see all or at least some being loaned out to a Dundee or another Club in the Prem. Its going to be hard for the lads to get game time due totge players bbrought in and players like Burt and Hardie have been itching to break through so I hope Pedro man manages the situation well as I could see frustration creeping in. But in terms of development these guys need tested at a better level than our Championship.

I have watched Hardie quite a lot, recently he scored a cracker for Scotland, watched him last season, as I was of the same opinion that he deserved a chance. But I disappointingly I thought he was mediocre and think this season he's going to be nowhere near the first team.

Although I agree on barjornas and atakyi, they should hopefully get some game time.

I want to see Ryan Hardie loaned to an SPL or English League1/ Championship team next season to continue his development then I have no doubt he'll take his place a cheif timskelper up front.
