If you look at what Notts Forest have paid for Cummings who in my opinion is not as good an all round footballer as Walker, then you see Cathro's point about holding out for the million, though the fact that his contract up in a year might be a factor

The fact he has one year left on his contract, told hearts he doesn't want to play there next season ( public knowledge) and if he doesn't get his move, he will run it down. And Hearts will get nothing.
