I'm reading that wiess wants a return to rangers well I say sign him up immediately I'm sure DK could muster up 2.7M spending over 10M is hardly breaking world records and get in walker again 1M isn't a huge sum of money . this way DK if you want to atleast challenge Celtic you must be willing to spend decent sums of cash without being reckless obviously I believe these 2 players are manageable to get in the door .

Sick of hearing about Weiss, we have got to live within our means, if that means finishing second this season so be it.

We have already spent a lot of money, on transfer fees or wages

Would like Weiss back but I remember him being very hit or miss when he played so wouldn't break the bank to get him.

Weiss is a far better player now than he was before. And yeah Walker would be my priority and a fee of 5-600k for him is, what we should pay and no more. Hearts will not let that amount pass them by.
But get Weiss too and that gives us 4 Wingers with Dalcio and Candieas. If we have the Transfer Fee I think Weiss will accept the wages we can afford.
