get Herrera and Pena on to the transfer market immediately, see if we can get them a ticket back to Mexico. As for Pedro, sack him for incompetence and tell him we will see him in court about severence pay. As for Windass and Dalcio, tell them they are no longer needed and to look for another club.

Out of all the available managers out there right now, you go with two that are in a job and are lesser managers than those available for free. Caixinha's time is very nearly up, but at least give us a few names to be excited by.
