Rangers board has to take a long look at itself. Why:

1. Selling players on the cheap,
2. Appointment of Pedro,
3. Mismanagement of McInnes,
4. The McInnes statement,
5. No plan B,

Shambles top to bottom.

I would be happy if they all sold up. where is the Rangers class and dignity with this bunch.

1. Players had to be moved on the release pressure on the wage bill. Basic principle of supply and demand meant they went for less than they are probably worth.

2. Appointment of Pedro was a complete mistake but his squad this season are certainly better than last seasons in my opinion and if we go on to get 2nd then it’s job done for this season.

3. No mismanagement of McInnes that I can see, the board have bided their time for whatever reason be it financial or otherwise and when they’ve made an approach he hasn’t wanted to speak. What more could they have done other than make the move quicker which may have been impossible unless the resolution was passed at the AGM. This doesn’t even take into account the fact we may have been negotiating Pedro’s termination during this period.

4. The statement was ill advised so soon after McInnes statement from Aberdeen and Rangers board should have held court much like they have done throughout the process so far. Jim Traynor should walk for this. He is not required at Rangers moving forward IMO.

5. Plan B may be to wait until an outstanding candidate becomes available. I don’t see any point in going for someone who isn’t going to blow the fans away just for the sake of getting someone in. Much better to stick with Murty until the end of the season unless someone becomes available that is an outstanding candidate. You never know, if Murty can 14-15 points from the next 6 I think most fans would be happy for him to get it permenant.

And where is the money going to come from.?

The plan B is Murty, and some people wanted him as plan A at least until the end of the season. Were you happy to pay 1mil compo for mcinnes and his hangers on? I wasn't . Pedro was a disaster no doubt about that and it was he that sold A player cheap or do you know of more? Pedro was appointed by! idiot who should never be allowed to make another footballing decision and probably wont.

This board are keeping us afloat and put 8mil in to the kitty, they have supported the manager as they should. The statement said exactly what most of us are saying, the job is too big for mcinnes, his loss. Is this your first post punter?

Five excellent counters Wee Bear. Especially 4. Well said sir. Punter, please stop praying for sugar daddies, it's not sustainable. Bil72 understandable to be worried but keep the faith ma man, it takes time to put money into an ailing business especially given the obstacles they've had to face.

Keep Believing
