I read this morning that Wigan are lining up a bid for Jordan rossiter. Any club would not bid for a player who has been out for so long unless they believed there was a good player there with a big profitable future for the club. I don't think we should sell him unless a big figure gets offered as in my opinion he will prove to be a class act ince these boggling issues go away and I for one hope they do.

I agree that he may turn out to be a good player mate but we don’t have the resources now to be a rehab centre or a team that can have any passengers. Looks like the smart move is to trim away Hardie, Rossiter, Alves, Niko etc along with a few others. It’s sad and thanks for the effort lads but it’s a matter of club survival and health.

A would just loan him out hopefully he can get over his injury problems

Sadly I think rossiter is injury prone. I would sell him, and if its to be believed that he is on a big wage then in my opinion that wage could be better spent on a player that won't spend as long on the sidelines. Hope I'm wrong and he comes good but I just think he will be plagued throughout his career.

Loan him - wigan pick up his wages (high apparently! ), with option to sell at end of season if he proves fit, then £5 mill.

Either one of Rossiter or Alves off the wage bill will pay for lad from Hamilton.
go for it.

When he signed we were getting a potentially £8m English Youth Captain with a big future.
Unfortunately injuries have hampered his progress over the past 18 months with only glimpses of his capabilities being displayed in a Rangers jersey.
I think we ended up paying £500k development fee and £10k wages for past 18 months totalling £2m with little return.
If we are offered £1m I would cut our losses and use that cash to pay for Docherty.
Rossiter might end up injury free tearing it up down south and he might not, he might also get another injury so sell him, and insert sell on fee and even buy back clause if possible.
A loan fee and his wages paid for 6 months might appeal as well then if he stays injury free we have him back if we need him

Game of Thrones. You probably know my views about Hardie! I'm not necessarily disagreeing with what you say but surely Hardie has never been given a chance by any of the last three managers?

Loan him or sell with buy back. Sounds like the right thing to do. See if he can stay fit and perform. Maybe plays a blinder and we get offered silly money. It's a nightmare with rossiter cause he's never had a run of games.

it is ment to be a low bid for rossiter so do no think we will sell him and the way murty has talked about him before i do not think he will want to let him go

Doiger Yes Hardie hasn’t been given a chance But if 3 managers don’t rate him What is the reason Football ability, Attitude or something else

Could punt him but include a decent sell on % then at least we will get something decent back if he does go on to be an established EPL player

Any money we can get for him is a bonus. i would even drive him to Wigan myself. Ability never in question but worse than Andy Carroll Michael Owen and Jack Wilshere combined for injuries. Only Prodan could beat his injury record. Time to off load this guy. Total failure and waste of a wage. How can you possibly be almost permanently injured for almost 2 years

Can't see this boy ever being fit while under contract at Rangers. May well be the case that we need to just let him go. I'm sure if he could stay fit and get regular games, he would be worth a lot more - unfortunately, we don't have the resources or time in Glasgow to offer him the chance to get to that stage. A shame, but that is football.

Nuts selling Rossiter absolute nuts the lads a class act, he's training with first team. I'd wait till summer because I think if we sold him we'd regret it.
