I think the papers are just raging we’re keeping our transfer business under wraps so they’re making up crap. Look at Morelos to Bristol for example, their scout game out and said it was a lot of nonsense

Personally I think the two of them are gash I always try and defend my players pardon the punt but Wilson and Bates to me are never never rangers class!

Don’t give me we can’t afford the players we could growing up watching rangers in the 80s and 90s crap the 2 of them could leave and I honestly would not bat an eyelid!

Any way on to tommorow, so excited to see our team in action again!

When a player is in contract negotiations, i. e. Wilson, Bates, Tav etc. their agents regularly leak false stories to the press to try and apply a bit of pressure to the offering club. Of course journalists will occasionally get something completely wrong but the fact is most of their incorrect stories come from sources with ulterior motives.

There is absolutely ZERO chance of Danny Wilson going to the MLS. We will offer him a new deal and he'll most likely stay.
