Has any fellow bear, heard anything regarding who our kit manufacturer is going to be, beyond this season? Everything on this subject has gone quiet! I would have thought we would have known by now, which kit manufacturer we are going to be with, after our 5 year kit deal with puma ends, after this season! We have been negotiating with various manufacturers since november and still no news to who we're going with, after 4 months of negotiations! Surely we're overdue to hear something on this!

Haven't heard a thing supercoop! I'm hoping the silence is gona result in positive news sometime soon. Kit deal and retail deal both crucial and lucrative to the club. Hoping Adidas or Nike myself. What other distributors are out there? Can only think of JD myself. Take them over the jungle sale that is SD anyday.

If we end up with puma again i reckon ashleys still has his fat plums in the pie some how, i'd love under armour or adidas though

Hope we get Adidas, Under Armour or Nike as the Puma kits have been terrible for years now. I can't actually remember the last time we released a strip and I was desperate to get one because it was genuinely a nice top.

I’ve not bought a strip for myself for about 20 years because I’m 36 years old.

JM22,i have to disagree with you to an extent mate! Not all our puma tops have been bad! The current home top is a really smart top imo! In fact all last season's 3 tops were smart and this season's red away top and black 3rd top are also smart in my eyes also mate!

TBF I ain't bought a top since the FatMan was in charge of merchandising so I couldn't comment on the quality but on different forums across media the most words are about Nike or Under Armour! The only worry is if it's Puma then the fatman still has a grip on things imo

I disagree supercooper, I hated all the diadora kits apart from 02-03, all umbro and all Puma. The last good strip I can remember was 99-00 Nike.
I bought my wee boy the full Arsenal kit at the start of the season and it's night and day compared to our kit in terms of quality and design. Wouldn't waste money on our kits with the basic design and overall poor quality.

JM22,all glasgow rangers kits are smart as long as that famous rfc scrolled badge sits above your heart, on the left hand side my friend! Its all about the badge which identifies our great institutional football club! You should bear that in mind mate!

Under Armour are struggling massively at the moment. Their stocks have halved since their peak a few years back due to mismanagement and lack of innovation so I am not sure they would be looking to get involved in this space at the moment.

A friend of mine who manages a sports retail outlet said the Business Devlopment Rep from ASICS told him they were due to present to Rangers and one other SPL club last year but he hasn’t heard anything from him since then, apparently they are still evaluating tenders.

Will remain with Puma as Ashley won’t lose any money when he takes over in the summer

OK supercooper, you've convinced me. I'll buy an ugly top out of blind loyalty. What a blinkered view you have. As if any fan NEEDS to buy the strip because it has the badge 😂

To Champions around the corner. Why on earth would Ashley take over? Yes there are bigger overheads at Newcastle but the TV money alone means that he is making vast amounts more than he would with Rangers. Even if we were to get into the Champions League (which is getting more difficult each year for Scottish clubs) that is still small fry compared to what he is currently making.

Do you think it's a coincidence that Celtic can't compete financially with English clubs far smaller than Newcastle? People like you still believe a sugar daddy is going to our saviour. What you must realise is that we are a backwater football nation and the best we can hope for is living within our means and becoming a effectively a selling club for lesser EPL teams like Celtic are currently.
