Hi All

Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Its highly unlikely we will catch Celtic this season given the points gap. We need eyes in the back of our heads with Hibs and Aberdeen just behind. In probability terms there is not much between us being fourth or first.
My only nagging thought is where would we be now if Murty had been given the job back in the day. Probably top and maybe still in Europe.

But we can't feel sorry for ourselves, we must move on and grow stronger and learn. I've said it a few times, the more they beat us down the sweeter it will be when we lift a trophy and cry tears of joy.

On another note when we lift a trophy, does anyone give any credit to Warbuton or Pedro after all we still have Windass, Tav, Holt, Bruno, Candias, Dorrans, Jack, Fredo, Mcrorie was given his break by Pedro.

A soft spot remains in my heart for the bread man, long term not up to it but perfect when we needed him. Shame anyone leaves on acrimonious terms, I always like to see ex mangers/ players return or comment on our club in a positive way.
Lets hope for a good weekend of results. All the best Bears.

For me Warburton was unable to adapt formations when required therefore not good enough. Pedro was excuse after excuse and embarrassing in the media. Murty? Really good coach but thrown in at the deep end and conducts himself properly for a Rangers manager. Whatever happens I will always respect Murty. Good guy and I have no doubt he is destined for glory. I hope its with us!

While he had some obvious failings and ultimately wasn't up to the job, IMO Warburton does deserve a great deal of credit. Miller, Wallace, and McKay, aside he replaced the entire first team squad on a shoestring. The values of Tav and Windass alone will see us profit from his transfer dealings.

However his background was in youth development and in that respect he overhauled the way we were operating and I genuinely think he can take credit for McCrorie breaking through, Gilmour going to Chelsea, and the current youths thriving in their games programme.
