I think something you have to realise is that managers like steve clarke and tommy wright. Don't have opposition sitting with 11 men behind the ball setting up banks of defence. Rangers and celtic do. Did Steve Clarke make an amazing tactical change in the game to re address the game play? no he had his team set out one way, defend first and foremost then try find a goal. celtic can dominate play with there midfield so its a lot harder to score against them if you don't have the ball. We try it but can't do it.

I don't think Murty is the answer but I am not demanding him out. Possibly the main reason is who the hell can we get that will fill his place? and be a guarantee top manager? If there is money from the share issue. Forget getting players in first. Spend it on a manager. A great manager can work with lesser value players to create something.

Sometimes I actually feel out team is set out too attacking. Unfortunately we are were we are. Maybe a lot to do with pedro or the board or the players I honestly don't know. All we can ask is that we finish strong being tenacious and carrying abit of luck.

So your answer to beating teams that pack their defence against us is to play less attacking? When we currently start every game with one up top? Strikes as a bit of an odd one to me.

The issue we have when teams do this is that we don't have players with the guile or a bit of magic to break them down. At the weekend, to a man, every player was waiting on someone else to do something.

Windass pops up with goals but is too often hiding. Murphy is trying and has ability, but constantly cuts onto his right, running in field right to where the numbers are. We need wingers that will stretch a back line and a number 10 that puts his foot on the ball and can play a cute pass to open something up. Either that or commit to two up top more regular and let Cummings and Fredo try to build a partnership.

I remain all for graeme murty to be given a chance, to become our permanent manager, at the end of the season, on a 12 month rolling contract! I honestly don't see a gamble on doing that! However, if this board of ours does decide to change, they should look at the fantastic record of belgian manager preud'homme has! He has a very impressive CV and is very experienced!

I'm really wondering now if supercoop is actually one of the other mob. We have not progressed one little bit bar playing some fancy football against non league and lower league teams yet he wants to persist with the current manager. Why anyone could be happy with the way this season has went I will never know and murty has played a massive part in that. We are in real danger in finishing with a worse points tally than last season which included some dreadful results and a change in management. I'm sorry but I'm not going to happily accept scraping to be 2nd best and that will continue under murty

Think we will probably beat last years points however not by many and i agree about Murty we haven’t moved forward as some fans seem to think. He isn’t the answe and it’s astonishing some still can’t see this

maybe I am overthinking but on TV after match Clarke made a point about saying his brothers were big Killie fans thereby distancing himself from the dark side which is the team I have been told the family support and have seen that on here.
I do not know the family at all but does anyone know for sure if he is from a Killie or Dhim background?

Murty is a good coach and now we have a dof in place i see no reason to bin murty off i think its pretty obvious that Mark Alan is recruiting the players murty is doing a fair job i think he should be given a full season to see what he can do if we shed some dead weight and bring in a few good replacements i think we could hit the ground running starting from scratch again could be costly
