Rangers have had an initial bid for Kadioglu turned down. They failed to meet the players valuation and NEC wish to loan him back for a year before the Dutch youth player leaves the club.

There’s no way he’ll come to Rangers some of the top clubs in the world are watching this kid be absolutely amazing if he did but can’t see it and no way is Scott Arfield getting 38k per week he’s a decent player but not even worth half of that
