Pena has apparently checked himself into rehab in Mexico. At least he's acknowledging he's got a problem and good luck to him even though he's gash.

Problem with this is we have a duty of care for Pena and couldn't sack him for his addiction, no fully up on my employment law, however I think if he decided to come back he may have a case, any bears out there a lawyer and can advise?

Not a lawyer loyalist but was thinking more gross misconduct on penas part therefore a sackable offence (ie alcohol abuse) . Again not lwayer but just my thoughts
