Reports that we're interested in bringing Lewis Macleod back after he rejected an extension to his contract at Brentford.

Have heard this in a few places, mcallister apparently rates him highly.

Bring him home. Quality player, wants to return home. He's over his injury/ health problems. Free transfer. Creative and dynamic midfielder. No brainer.

This could be the midfielder we want, great passer scores goals, better than loan players we have in the middle in my opinion.

Stop looking backwards.

Hopefully get him in January on a cut price deal.

what's with this obsession about bringing back former players.
Surely the DOF job is to find new talent, instead of bringing back guys who are surplus to to their clubs requirements.
If he's that good he would get a better offer. than he would get here.

MacKay and Lewis Macleod are of a standard but we need far better then those two! we need premier league class or as near as we can get. let's jog on from those two.

I would take him back even as a squad player or on a 2 year deal, gives him chance to prove what he's about.

In six seasons as a pro he's missed the equivalent of three seasons through injury and illness. He's scored three goals in the past four seasons. If we're looking for an answer this guy is well down the list.

Lewis Mcleod. We'd be better with Ally Mcleod. This is a massive retro step. He's nowhere near creative moving ball forward which is what we need.

The midfielder we are looking for is at the club. Jordan Rossiter will come good just like alfredo did.
