Lots of speculation we are interested in Kieran Dowell of Everton as a loan signing for the number 10 position. Has hardly played for Everton but had decent spell on loan at Notts Forest last year where he scored a few goals. Another established and highly rated England U21 cap. Anybody know if anything in this?

As an everton fan i can tell u its a strong rumour down here and it would be a great signing he is a top player with bags of ability and a wand of a left foot.
