Problem is too many changes and barmaid has lost his confidence, I think he has hit a lul after Gerrard was annoyed with him (quite rightly after being injured all the time) . If Gerrard is to succeed, time to get tough; get rid of Flanaghan, Dorrans etc. Also no one in the team created much. Only Morelos and Windass when he was at the box.

Dorrans would keep hold of at least for 6 months after fit. He has been injured most of the season but still turns up to every game. Would give him another chance as long as the legs are still there.
