well what can I say except congrats to the the whole rangers organisation for a monumental feat getting in to the last 32. we may have reached our level in that respect with group winners awaiting us. but boy oh boy that second half was one to forget i'm afraid never seen so many passing errors. could go on but no point as congrats are all that matters - especially to the manager and gary mac.

Yes your correct but would have like to top the group but we sat of them to much in second half. They put on three subs and went for it feel we could have refreshed our team especially as we had a hard old firm game where our players gave there all, thought Stewart could have done a bit of damage on right side as they were there for the taking but we gave them the momentum but all said and done still happy to be through to next round, adds money to our great club which will be handy as we need to strengthen due to Ryan jack being out and and possibly loosing kamara. Be good to win all our games in December and then rest and see where we go.

Top priority for SG is to keep hold if Kamara. Thought he was immense in the 1st half and the old firm match. Didn’t he sign an extension this year? If not get him signed up immediately!

Thought we were superb 55/ 60 minutes, struggled after that but the same 11 (minus Katic) gave everything they had on Sunday and just looked jaded which is understandable. A potential European glamour tie in February - try to take that in after what we have endured over the past few years. We need to keep our focus and get to the break unbeaten now.

Very dissatisfied with attitude and performance not just last night but over past 3 games, . we have fell short when the pressure is on us to deliver. we can bo longer use the were almost there excuse because we are not. in terms of quality we have that in many areas but we don't have the winning mentality and I look at our team and ask who are the proven winners. I feel we need a, new captain for starters and he should be the benchmark for beleive and attitude. TAV us not that man and I don't see that personality in our squad.

Gp sorry my friend. ok it’s your opinion but I think your opinion is utter nonsence. Tav was immense last night . came into the category of great captain . Did you actually watch the game? We were superb first 50 / 60 min. and please don’t give it we should be superb fir 90 . Even the greats laudrup . Gascoigne etc struggled and failed at times . Only one big problem with your post is in reality YES REALITY. we didn’t fail . we won our way through to the last 32 . it says a lot about certain individuals when they can turn that success into a failure. Are we in a Disney cartoon here . lol 😂 ps young boys / Feyenoord failed . yes dick Advocaat. Porto . The Mighty Glasgow Rangers and Stevie G succeeded . get over it.

Correct MOLS this club is going forward. Sg deal good, Klopp just extended Liverpool deal to 2024 as well.

Gp. I think we agree about the lack of killer instinct. Defoe hasn't come on and contributed much recently. Maybe the return of Jones and Murphy to the squad will widen our options. Having said that, we have only lost one league game all season and the league cup final by one goal. Also, we only lost one game in our Europa League group, so all told that isn't bad. We've won at home with some thumping wins in the league so have the ability to win well, so what has gone wrong in the last three games? Arfield's form has certainly dipped and Kent hasn't shown me he is worth £7 million. Davis might have made a difference in the last two games. We need a good win at Motherwell on Sunday and who knows what Hibs might do at the Piggery? I'm still confident we'll pick up silverware this season. How big is the game against Celtic later this month now?

GP, I agree that we may miss some winning mentality as very few of our squad have won trophies. But we certainly have quality and effort, just need a wee bit more belief.

Arfield back to himself the last couple of games.

What about 2nd half zikos? He was worst player on park. Along side ryan kent. Passed to yellow shirtnmore htan his own 2nd half.

70sger agree with you 100% Gerrard should have freshened things up same time as opponents why ojo its always ojo and he useless. kent couldn't control the ball apart from goal stewart and barrett would have strengthened midfield were aribo and arfield tired.

Other benifit for both us and celtic geting to last 32 is that we now have an extra champions league spot next season.

70sger, I can't see us selling amaranth just yet, as a good showing from him at Euro 2020 would see his valuation would double his value. i.m.o.

Doiger, in regards your post about us not being brill every 90 minutes is simply because in Europe we come up against other euro teams, the other teams in the s.p.fl. Are nowhere near our euro opposition.

gp, The manager and his coaching staff have pledged themselves to the club and players and have publicly stated that they believe in the players and the direction we are going in. Were doing quite well at the moment. The players didn't give up at 60 minutes they faded due to the exertions of the first half and tried to bury YBs just like the Celtic and Aberdeen games. Unfortunately we couldn't as we rely on Alf too much and the midfielders should be pitching in more to pick up the slack when Alfs not firing. Tav has played well in the games you mention and a right back surely can't be used consistently as a scapegoat. If you want to point a finger point it at Aribo, Arfield, Kamara or Davis - 4 players that should between them scoring to take the pressure of the team and Alf (im not including Jack as he has scored and tries his best to get some good shots off)

Talk of it earning us 18million so far. Would love to see us go through next round at least. Or if SG in the mood just bring that wee cup back to ibrox at the end of the season please.
