Anyone else hearing that if the SPFL fiasco continues and RFC do not get the backing and answers regarding SPFL cheating and conniving that they will leave and ask for application to the English Conference Leagues?

I've not heard that till i came on here but we are a Scottish team. Same as that green mob! We have an obligation to make our league better and improve our product! All this talk of pastures new is just irritating!

No. Are you saying we'd leave before being accepted into another league? Anyway, Uefa would not allow it and even if they did we would have to start in tier 7.

We have no obligation to this league after the way we’ve been treated and we are also British as well as Scottish just like Cardiff n Swansea are British n Welsh. Even if we started in the 7th we’d one day be in the epl and it’s the only fair way is to earn it on merit and what a Netflix or amazon show it would make following the famous from bottom to top with 50,000 every home game. Just a thought 👍🇬🇧.

You have to laff when posters get their knickers in a twist over rumours.
Rangers and that other wee club have been trying for years to leave this rotten hierarchy, would proving that the SPFL and SFA are rotten to the core not be the catalyst to do that.

Or perhaps, certain clubs and their masters may be asked to leave our associations if they are found guilty of bullying, collusion and subterfuge - time will tell.

There is now a power struggle going on in the lobbies of power between Rangers who want everything out in the open and heads to roll and that other wee club who want it all swept away.

More and more clubs are now siding with Rangers, but the big fight is getting 3/ 4 of the clubs to back a fully open and honest independent inquiry. It does make you wonder why any club would not want to do so?

Covenanter?

The rumour came from a mate in Bromley, who said that Bromley FC and others involved in that league have been asked if they have any problems if RFC came in.

Do not have an issue if RFC started wherever in England - what a journey that would be - bring it on.

It's amazing how many times this comes up. Old firm trying to move to england. They don't want us they don't need us. Who would we sign playing in 7th tier of english league. How would we pay wages with no european football for next 10 years. Living in cuckoo land guys.

Hi Seeyoujimmy,

Sorry mate but your wrong more and more clubs have now decided not to back rangers enquiry as they fear the financial costs .

and yet, Rangers being kicked out of the SPFL and demoted to 4th division would never happen;

and yet, who would have said a pandemic would ever happened to such an extent;

and yet, who would have thought that global football would be shut down for months;

and yet, how many clubs will be left in Scotland when football resumes in September / October or next August?

and yet, on here we have soothsayers saying things would never happen?

The truth is always stranger than fiction.

Fauldhoose We would sell our current 1st team players use our youth players for the first thew division’s and higher if good enough. So cash from selling current players and reduced wage bill from using youth and 50,000 fans at home kit sales, sponsors and other things like tv shows on Netflix or amazon like Man City, Leeds n Sunderland. There would be a lot of interest, it would be a big story which would bring in £.

Think it's cost of lawyers investigations or court costs SeeUJimmy mate.

But I think the full story on this will be out tomorrow.

BlueBilly, and yet The SPFL carried out an 'open and honest - independent inquiry? ', where the financial implications to the clubs were not considered and the 'independent inquiry? ' was not divulged until it was completed.

It would seem that The SPFL can do what it wants and the clubs accept it, but when it comes to Rangers who are trying to get to the truth, with an OPEN and HONEST inquiry, then the clubs and the media are against it - makes you wonder?

Eric

I've posted on here a few times saying the mhanks are an Irish team, flying the Irish flag, their Irish emblem, plus the Irish catholic religion is dominent in them, but still they insist they are a Scottish club.

26 Apr 2020 14:05:41
BlueBilly - and during the troubles and all the bombings they would still not take down the Irish Flag.

Guys most of them wouldn’t understand what the Irish Tricolour Flag stood for. Anyway I don’t give a flying **** about any other team within Scottish football. They tried there best to destroy us Just like the Germans in the year 41 Never Never 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺⚽️😎👍.

Personally and this is my opinion i would be more than happy if my club Rangers, could find away out of the scottish football system that is being led and driven by Liewell, Celtic and the republican agenda. Let them have the league and if there's no independent investigation then we should call a press conference and disclose our evidence of corruption etc.

I like your opinion ar9, someone posted onhere this morning bbc say Rangers to give evidence this week, hope it's true not a rumour again.

Time for us to put up or shut up.

I think we had our one time shot at this realistically when we re registered the new company after demotion. I could see it at the time, Cardiff and Swansea play in England so why not us, they would have had no argument against if we started at the bottom in England. unfortunately the people who had the reigns of the club then just wanted to make a few quid and never explored this option. I would have been sensational, the lower league teams in England would have voted us in for the chance of a lifetime financially for them too I think.

{Ed001's Note - Cardiff and Swansea played in England before a Welsh league was set up, Rangers would have needed special permission from UEFA to change over. You have an utterly simplistic and wrong view of this. You couldn't just change over and the people who had the reins would have loved to take that option if possible as there was a lot more money in a move to England.}

Ed001 if you had published my post it would have explained to everyone why Rangers would not be allowed to move between jurisdictions.

{Ed001's Note - it has been posted.}
