Does Rangers have a clause of some sort for Gilmore apparently Chelsea rate him 60m + and clubs are interested in him from championship and EPL.

He's probably their best player now. No way they'll sell any time soon.

Chelsea can value him whatever they like mate: 1, they won’t get it and 2 it has nothing to do with us.

There is a Rumour that there is a 15% sell on clause.

To Tom 12 rumours around the end of last year and start of this year Madrid and Barcelona had been keeping a close eye on Gilmour development.

You may be right mate, I don’t remember anything being said other than there was no clause, I’m sure we would know about it, celtic scream it from the rooftops about add ons.

Reports in march said we have 15% sell on clause.

I’ve heard the story re sell on clause, however someone posted no sell on clause allowed due to age.
My view is if we are allowed add ons we would be allowed a sell on clause. Here’s hoping.

I think rangers only got a development fee and that’s it for don’t recall anything about a sell on percentage?

Big p youd 100% correct, he signed his first professional contract with chelsea at 16,sadly no percentage clause of sell on fee required in law by chelsea, we received 500,000 for development, story ended, so let's put any 15% nonsense to bed, i wish the yiung lad all the best and think of what might havd been, gilmour against brown lol its a no brainer lads, however onward and upwards lol .

Bigsam, i don't think it matters what chelsea are saying price wise, because they won't sell him, surely mate.

60mil, he's only played about 3 games?

12.) 06 May 2020

You don’t get any clauses if the player isn’t on a professional contract. the development fee is all rangers will ever get out the deal.

there was more to it that a development fee, if you recall both chelsea and rangers got fined for making arrangements at the time when chelsea shouldn't be signing anyone. if it was a straight fee then none would be fined surely.

Pretty sure there is a clause, most development fees come with them. "Gilmour left Rangers for Chelsea in 2017, but it’s now claimed that Rangers managed to include a host of clauses in the deal – including a 15% sell-on clause, in case he does leave Chelsea for big money. "

Value him at 60m and teams from championship are interested? What championship teams can spend 60m on a player?

There’s no sell on clause, we got a development fee. He may be potentially worth £60m if he continues his progress and gets 100 professional games under his belt but at the moment he’s simply a highly rated youngster who has played a handful of games, his current value won’t be £20m yet let alone £60m.
