Seeing a lot of noise on Twitter that there is strong rumours that we are being linked with Stuart Armstrong. Thoughts?

Really rate him. But no going to leave southampton. Very much involved in there side now. And him and hos family are also massive celtic fans.

Out of contract in 2022 and obv Wilson has a strong link there. Few people saying year loan then potential pre contract? I myself don’t think for a sec it will happen but do feel he’s the kind of proper box to box midfielder we need.

Armstrong if fit would be the ideal player for Rangers. Not listening to the folk that say he he is Celtic, IF he comes he has seen something that matters to him and a true pro if he doesn't sign then we will never know, win win/ nothing lost either way.

Armstrong is getting fed up at Southampton due to lack of game time. He is an ambitious professional who would jump at the chance to play for us. We are challenging for the league and guaranteed European football every season. If we could negotiate the loan he would come.

He might be sitting on the bench in the epl seeker but he would tear it up if he came up here again. My god to say he's not what we need is just way off the mark. He's exactly the type of midfielder we need. Whether we could afford him or if he would join us is another matter. 👍.

Missed start of season but has since became a mainstay in there midfield. yer maws maw i can't speak for his whole family. But stuart and his brother keith are both massive celtic fans and both hate rangers. Hos brother works at peter vardy in aberdeen with my mate. They go watch tims in in europe together.

That’s is rubbish about his family hating Rangers he’s from Nairn I work with his uncle and he and his family are Celtic fans but very nice easy going people and I doubt they hate anyone. And if it was right thing for Stewart’s career he would play for rangers but it’s definitely not on the cards at the moment I’m told.

Could never understand a celtic fan signing for Rangers or Rangers fan signing for celtic, what's that all about.
If your a Tim, your blood is green.
And if your a Bear, your blood is blue.
I would sign on the dole b4 I signed for them.

Imagine Armstrong scoring a last minute winner against celtic in a cup final. What would his celebration be like, what would his celtic supporting family be like.
Not for me, green and blue don't mix.

I think Armstrong is far too intelligent to sign for you. By that I mean he knows what would come with it. The guy was doing a law degree so he has something after football. He is on another level to all the midfielders you have.
