Good day guys,

Hope everyone is safe and well 😊

Anyone know what the story is with this Lyle Taylor one minute not wanting to play for his club next he is and possibly leaving now to go to Cardiff?

I don't know anything about the player
If he would or would have been a decent player for us

Anyone think Docherty will finally get his chance to play for us this season
Think he's shown he can play well in this league and that he definitely has something to offer

What about Murphy hearing he may be another player let go? Again would like to see him stay and get a chance.

Again if true it's more money walking out The door without anything in return
That really does my head in So hoping not true

What's everyone thinking about our defence this year - stick with same or twist?
Will Basey be a starter or playing g second fiddle and find himself another player on the bench?

Few questions to see everyone opinions 😊.

Thestigno 1, our defence certainly needs updating, we leaked far to many goals last season. I can't see Gerrard giving Doch Mcrorie or Murphy a run. What do we know though. Gerrard knows best, as he has done the last 2 seasons.

Docherty should get a chance but will not be an automatic choice. Keep Murphy but sell Barker, Middleton and Hastie. Will see what Helander is like, given a run in the team. Sell Goldson and Kamara.

Would give Jones Murphy Hastie Docherty Polster and Barjonas next season to make impact.
Sell Barker and Stewart.
Loan out the 2 McCrories and Middleton again next season.
Add 1st team GK CMD AMR and CF that should all be pushing for starts.

No point loaning Middleton out if he isn’t good enough to play this season then he never will be.

Buff disagree on Middleton he's only turned 20 in January still time after this season to make it. Needs game time to improve and push on. Same opinion for McPake.
Sell Stewart Hastie (was going to say last chance but never rangers class plus Middleton is year younger and better player) and Barker. Last chance Jones.

It’s all good saying sell Stewart, Barker etc but who would buy them. They will collect their wage packet every month until their contracts run out Players like Middleton, Docherty, Hastie etc are simply not good enough to make it onto our bench either.

DeeMc you r exactly right re who will buy them.
Also feel u r correct re others. People cry out for them to play then demand we win league, unfortunately they r nowhere near good enough.
And I am a Doc fan.

Too many players happy to sit out their contacts. Then will get some other club as a free agent.

Loan McCrorie but buy another midfielder? He is what we have been missing. Nobody in there is capable of winning the ball hence why our defence has been so exposed. Sometimes you just nerd to do the basics and he does that very well. Very underrated player.

Aye we're going to drop Barisic for Bassey? 😂😂😂😂.

McCrorie should be 2nd choice behind jack and davis with kamara being 4th option all other DMs are surplus including Doch, am and flair players should be Hagi or Aribo and arfield on the RM being a high pressing ball winner, having Hagi as AM and Aribo as back up let's us change between 2 dms or 2 ams depending on situation.

I would sell Kamara if we get a half decent offer for him, I worry that Davis won't last the season and I certainly don't see McCrorie as back up to any of our midfield. I expect him to spend another season down south if he is not sold. We need to hope that Aribo does the business and we need a couple of quality signings in midfield if we are to progress.
