Eustace record at Birmingham is similar to Beale's at both QPR and with us, started off well then has fallen away badly. Not for us.
I have a fear that if Mucat gets the Managers job we will end up with Craig Moore as DoF.
IMO, we need to be more ambitious with a DoF appointment.

I've just listened to the Belgian Football experts pod on H and H and if we don't appoint this guy then it's corporate negligence. Clement is a serial winner in both league and Cups. He has a very good reputation for getting the best out of what he has at his disposal. He had a very good track record of developing youth, he is credited with developing Trossard of Arsenal to name one. A successful player also so ticks all the boxes that we have been harping on about. Of course this doesn't mean he will be successful with us but out of all the candidates he is the one that sticks out like a sore thumb. Get it done Mr Rangers.

Novobear, i'm hearing the opposite mate ? i'm hearing that phillipe clement is our preferred candidate and it's his job to turn down ?He'll be offered the rangers manager's job and if he accepts that's our new manager i'm told, although he does have an offer to go to manage in saudi, on the table ? I would have been equally as happy with clement or muscat, to be honest so either way i deem this as a very good appointment for us ???.

Otterspocket, i'm also hearing clement has been offered the job but negotiations continuing over a multiple of things mate, then he must decide to accept if he feels everything is right and in place for him to have the tools to be successful at rangers or and hopefully not reject the chance to become our new manager, time will tell ?.
