Evening bears. Looks like January could be a long month ?. 3 million is what we have to spend nothing else unless we move players on. Been told our main priority this window is a left back. Josh Doig is who we want with Yilmaz going the opposite way. Million Manhoef we are very interested in but so are Leicester City who will be playing in the Premier league again next season so this might be a non starter.

Shankland is our No. 1 striker target and we have made enquiries with Hearts however the problem is there valuation of him at 6million and we won’t pay that. The players we are looking to move on are Barisic, Davies, Lammers and Dessers. Other deals depend on who we get out the door ????????.

Can`t see anybody paying £6million for Shankland, its a ridiculous asking price if true . He`ll be for sale for a third of that in the summer. It seems strange that we have two international left backs and yet that position is our priority . If we don`t have much to spend surely its got to be used for forwards where we are really short of quality.

Gazgers have no doubt about this rangers have money to spend and more than £3million mate ?Whether we choose to spend it or not this month is a different matter, but we have a decent amount of money to spend, we ain't skint, like some would have/ want you to believe ? Our club is well run and financially in a good place ??? Shankland £6million ?? no danger.

I doubt we will move on Dessers this window. That would leave us with zero strikers. You may not like or rate Dessers but we will need him between now and July, even if we do sign another striker in January.

If we don’t sign a striker we are relying on Dessers for the 2nd half. I’m not giving him a hard time but don’t think he will be anywhere near good enough. 6 million for Shankland? Don’t see anyone paying that, but someone remind me what did we pay for Dessers? We need someone with quality and clinical ability that’s for sure.

Azul Dessers isn’t good enough that’s my worry. He couldn’t finish his dinner. I am a big Shankland fan and wanted him in during the summer as per my previous posts on here.
