Don't think we get anything, isn't it a straight loan, with no add ons etc.
Unless Silva starts scoring regularly again, his value will plummet further.
Seems like wolves want to get him off there books, unless he can score in our league with relative ease, i see no need to loan him longer than our current deal.
Time will tell i guess.

Silva still has 2 years left to run on contract when his loan ends with us.
perhaps some team will take a gamble on him rediscovering his from that saw his value shoot up to 25 mill prior to Wolves going overboard with there 40 mill purchase, imagine paying 28 mill over actual value, when he was worth 12 mill, similar to his current value
Highest worth was 15 mill.

No it’s the summer window they intend to sell him as he is heading out of contract, they wanted us to put him in shop window, obviously we could not afford his fee
Wolves are trying to recoup a decent part of the 35 million they spent on fee
Stig I don Think I’d be unhappy with another year on deal, same potentially re sima.

Silva has played for two clubs already this season so if sold in this window he won’t be able to play for another club til nx season kinda like how we couldn’t get Beck from Liverpool after he played for them.

I think wolves fancy punting silva to Saudi in summer and thought if they put him here he would perform similar at least t jota, who was sold for £25m, in turn they hoped to sell silva for similar money to Saudi and enticed us with a % of sale loan deal.

We don’t own the player so we wouldn’t be entitled to anything if Wolves sell him at any point.
He can’t be recalled and sold in this window either having already played for Wolves and Rangers this season as you can’t play for 3 clubs in same season.
He could be recalled by Wolves and play for them again this season but not a different team and I doubt they would have a recall clause on a 6 month loan. The only possibility of us getting some form of financial gain on him would be if we allow them to recall him during this window.

Wolves only have themselves to blame splashing out 40 mill for a 15 mill player, paying 25 mill over his actual worth, they will be lucky to get 12 mill for him now, unless he hits some crazy form, makes sense wolves will try and sell him in the summer window, when he will have 2 years left on his contract,
otherwise they risk the prospect of him going for even less the season after with 1 year left on his contract
for around half his worth.
Can't see us getting a full 12 months extra loan, especially if we are not going to buy him.
Only reason Silva's even at rangers is thanks to Koppen, who negotiated a loan for Silva while he was at PSV not too long ago.

Played 73 games across 3 competitions for wolves over 3 seasons, goal tally is mere 5 goals.
Career goal average - 1 goal per 6 games played.
You can see why they are keen to get rid of the lad, he isn't EPL league level, the facts don't lie.
To put it into perspective,
Dessers total games played 313 - goals scored - 123 - 1 goal every 2.5 games.
Lammers total games played 235 - goals scored - 63 - 1 goal every 3.7 games.
That puts Silva well behind those 2.
Wouldn't expect too much from the lad,
He rarely scores from any of the 3 positions he plays as CF / SS / LW.
Wolves clearly overrated and heavily over valued him, paying well over 3 times his actual worth 12 mill euros but they paid 40 mill euros, Porto hit the jackpot Silva cost them nothing in transfer fees, lol, Wolves got ripped.
And no decent clubs are willing to buy.
Perhaps he is a Defensive Midfielder just like his big brother who played at Lazio and of course his Father a former Portuguese league champion with Boavista.
Pretty clear he has never or will be a successful attacking player.

We need to play him! Plays at Dumbarton in the cup, yet didn’t see minutes against st mirren in the league. While Scott Wright started the game and bizarrely Sterling played left wing!
