Twitter account TC9, which has been fairly good source on other recent transfers, reporting were still in for Denkey with a fee starting at £5m and rising being mooted. Would love this to be true and seems to fit Koppen's profile.

Appreciate the comments RE: the quality of the source. It's mixed. From memory it did call the Diomande signing and the Lammers exit both early (pre more established sources), which gave me some comfort that it was good enough to post here.

That said, I've also just seen it suggested Shankland was coming to Rangers on 24/ 01/ 2024 which looks like a black mark!

Not suggesting I'm 'in the know' etc. but felt it was worth posting as a rumour.
