One way or another we’ll find out how much we miss Goldson in the coming weeks. For me Souttar is a concern and I’d prefer Balogun and Goldson but let’s hope I’m proved wrong. Souttar is definitely good enough but it feels like every game he makes at least 1 mistake that leads to a big chance.

without a doubt we have needed a quality ch for over 2 years now.

Bang average defenders at best we have.
Even worse is the fact nobody else has tried to buy them tells it’s own story.

Souttar might have 1 big mistake in him but Tav has 3 or 4 per game. He single handidly gave St Mirren 2 great chances in the first 7 mins of the last league game and I'm still cringing at the first Celtic goal in the last old firm. A lot of people think we will really miss him when he goes, we certainly won't miss his defending.

Goldson was getting rag dolled by big lump of journeymen all season, would have Souttar and Balagon playing rest of season even if he was fit,
