Well the E. G. M has been called with Dave King proposing himself for the board now here's the thing that may scupper any chance we have of gaining enough support from other shareholders stv sport are reporting Mr King fails on 2 counts of the sfa's fit & proper person's rules. once again it looks like we're f****d if not being blindsided by ashley & the board sfa rules will stuff us once again

Nothing against Dave King George 123 I just posted what I read and my thoughts, its all a what IF, what if shareholders are worried about the fit & proper person rule? and what if he fails the fit and proper person rule? As when have the sfa ever done us any favours?

Good reply r. f. , but I agree with BIGWULL, at this stage I do not see Dave King going out on a line. I feel he is calling the SPFL out to respond on a professional basis. Anyone that thinks Ashley is not the current influence behind the board's decisions is a clown, and although their historical decisions have not been good I think they will man up this time. My tip for new board members would be Gilligan, Park, Letham and, if we must, Murray.
I hope that the SPFL will boot Ashley into touch and I feel that King standing down will influence that.
George123, why don't you post a comment instead of continually trying to bring posters down?

@billy b it would be good if he passed this but he might have to take a sideways step unless for all we know he could've sounded the sfa/spfl out as with everything with us at the moment its a case of wait and see I JUST WANT IT SORTED PLEASE!

Billyb:Execellent post,. I was asking if anyone thinks Park will agree to Kings choice of board nominees, including King himself. Do you think King consulted Park etc before his announcement?Just in your opinion.

Billyb I think mr king will have done his homework, my reply to rf was my opinion that from day one on this site he has always had some thing to say re mr king, mr king has lost money before, and is willing ti put money up again, he is not like us ie buying season ticket he is putting up millions of pound, so it's more than fair play to him others like Ashley are willing to lend us money, trying to get the whole fecking lot for absolutely nowt.
