I don't condone what Moshni did but why is it plastered all over the paper about the fight but yet there's nothing about him being provoked ( Again I don't condone it. Moshni was bang out of order but emotions where running high. I think Moshni should be giving a heavy ban and fine for it). We don't see anything about the guy hitting McCulloch, the Motherwell fans with there flares or running to the Rangers fans. I know all fans have ar**holes but when both Rangers and Celtic fans do something wrong you never hear the end of it.

What would be said if the rangers fans had reacted to the Motherwell fans? And I have said many times flares do not belong at football.

Lee mcculloch is a nice man and I guess the fan was lucky it wasn't mohsni lol.

Sorry but while I note you don't condone his conduct, he should quite simply go to jail for that - Big Duncan Fergusson (what we would give for the likes of him now eh?) went to jail for far less, he has shamed our club and The great Mr Struth would be spinning in his grave if he could see that - he was provoked perhaps but what example does he show to young kids etc watching that on TV, he then has the audacity to come out and say that the guy deserved it.

Put It like this if I walk down the street and you say something to me and the shove me and I react like that I would go to prison, be fined and likely lose my job - the same should apply here, he is a disgrace to himself, his family and his club.

The first leg at ibrox we seen flares twice. The next day's paper was talking about sectarian singing with a picture of both Rangers and Celtic fans.
On the Moshni fiasco he should go to jail for assault if that happened outside football then the person would certainly be prosecuted.

Ceexx , seriously I was going to leave you in peace with your grief, you are all quiet obviously hurting badly but you have quite clearly become delirious . " lee McCulloch is a nice man " REALLY! I'm sure all the players he has stamped on ,elbowed and went over the ball trying his best to injure over the years would have to disagree , believe me it's a very long list .

So you are condoning a footballer being struck with a flag, ideal! I guess seeing as you know Lee mcculloch so well I should take your word for it.

If I think someone would go to jail for a kick and punch you are being mistaken, he was totally in the wrong but he won't be facing jail time, know doubt huge fine and suspension but he will not be here next year.

Fab 1,i have never rated McCulloch, younger for older versions, but your comments as a supporter of a team that had such "nice " men as Caldwell,(remember the David Fernandez tackle?. Put him out for months),Van Djik(Michael N'goo. has he played since he was crocked?)and even St.Henrik, who put Gus McPherson out for 3 months. are risible. with honourable mentions for Balde,Vennegoor, who also put opposition players out of the game for long periods.McCulloch is what he is,but your mob have had your fair share of lumberjacks as well.

The fan with the flag incident was clearly an unfortunate accident

Lani how does any of the above make McCulloch a nice man?

Looks as if I was right ceexx you are becoming delirious, I never condoned or mentioned the flag incident in my post , you are reading things that aren't there now . As for McCulloch , I don't need to know someone personally to know they are a thug , there actions on the park speak for themselves.

As I said fab you obviously know the man better than me

Fab,how does any of what I have written make you believe that I hold that opinion about McCulloch?. lots of people would think Scott Brown is a thug due to the way he plays, and conducts certain parts of his private life. couldn't care less about Brown, just highlighting how opinions can be coloured by incidents over periods of time. You think McCulloch is a thug, you would, given your allegiance,I have met Caldwell, for example, nice guy,but not a nice player.

Lani perhaps now just bare with me here because you made your comments on a THREAD ABOUT WHETHER MCCULLOCH IS A NICE GUY . if you agree with me and he isn't why even bother leaving a comment , yes Celtic and especially rangers ( hatley , souness , Ferguson , hurlock , Roberts , Hendry , I could go on all night ) have had their share of hard players ( for want of a better word )but what does any of that have to do with McCulloch being a nice guy , which is what my comment was referring to .

Capital letters. wooeoo. one out of the first four posts was about McCulloch being a nice guy.your comments about his past record makes me wonder why he hasn't been locked up or barred from the game. and bear(note spelling) with me,but it is a forum, and I didn't at any time agree with you,did I?. my comments were directed at players from the team you support. OK?. and were relevant because ,thug that you brand him,McCulloch has never put players out of the game for long periods,as the players I named did.no capitals.

Lani if there was an e-motion for bagging my head against a brick wall I would be using it just now are you being deliberately obtuse? Cee said lee McCulloch is a nice guy , I pointed out nice guys don't elbow , stamp on or go over the ball and try and injure opponents ( kayal out for 6 months ) I am not debating every tackle made by every Celtic or rangers player or whether every player that played for Celtic or rangers is a nice guy or not that would be pointless and stupid as we would never agree , i'm debating the statement cee made .

Duncan Ferguson didn't go to jail for what happened on the park he already had a few unspent convictions. As for Moshni typical Police going over board and starting an investigation. Have seen much worse go on yet they don't get involved. Moshni will be punished by the authorities and given a ban thankfully he is out of contract and not our problem anymore

Stewie I don't think moshni would get a prison sentence for doing that in the street a fine probably at worst , despite Fergusons previous he was put in jail for assaulting john mcstay it's on record , if he had no previous he might not have got a jail sentence but as he did that is what he was put in jail for.
