I think McCall would have been a better choice . He would have known more about the players available that Rangers could sign .
McCall didn't get the job because, he wouldn't have excited the fans into buying tickets . King reckons the fans will go for someone who is a real rookie

What's up with getting a rookie?i believe your all coming in your pants over your own manager who I would have classed as a rookie but is proving to be doing a good job at your club!a lot of your fans didn't want him bit the guy came in and had good season and sorted out a lot of the players!hopefully ours does the same
