Do we bid one final offer of £400,000 for Scott Allan or do we just wait in the hope that he would sign in Jan?

If he were wanting to definitely sign in Jan, for me it would work out perfectly and more preferable for both Scott Allan and Rangers if they were to go up to the SPL for many of reason, not least the fee demanded from Hibs

Would rather bid £450,000 and get him now to be honest. Think if we wait he might end up going to England if he gets the chance.

Get him in now on a long term deal, even at that price he would be bargain.
