??Mike Ashley provided a 5 milion loan secured against various assets. So if " ownership" of theses assets becomes questionable Ashley's gnna want his 5 million loan returned Asap( wouldn't you if the assets had been offerd& there already owned by someone else!!).

The money to pay back Ashley is there. So I for one in no way worried about his money. In fact to be perfectly honest I do hope Cashley is incriminated in any type of wrong doing.

Craig whyte obviously had money, he lived in a bloody castle once upon a time lol his plan for Rangers from the minute he got control was admin I feel and all the dodgy deals with duff n green etc was all arranged. He said that we'd thank him one day I don't believe that any of us will do that but maybe in his warped mind making sure we didn't have to pay the massive debts was doing us a favour?

Too bad he didn't forsee the club being syphoned after liquidation and the shareholders, fans etc continuously getting screwed until Dave King & T3B's wrestled control their way. I don't think anyone 100% trusts them either but its looking good so far.

BIGWULL. even Murray our director believes that certain assets are not ours(Rangers).Back in 2013 he was questioning who owned what? either Green and Whyte as in Ibrox the ground. his quote "its a legal mess and it needs to come out in the open,even if its bad news"
Now BIGWULL the question is Murray etc know exactly who owns what now since they are in control and as such may be the main players in getting the police to "hunt" the "hidden ones".
If its our directors then good on them . and maybe they have a plan which will kick in after fraudulent practices have been found ,?which is looking extremely likely by the day. could their plan be around collapsing previous fraudulent share issue (hence why we are not re-listed)go to the SFA with a new plan explaining it was the Green and co who "did" tell lies and that they had no part in the fraud. and get agreement to pay a fine? they may have even been talking with Ashley in respect of this and may even have him on their side? being allowed to keep all his contracts etc. just a thought?
The pot of money is not the issue. Green not involved as previous creditor. so he not in list?? so why would he be arrested for anything to do with that?

that was before they now know who belongs to what but all of a sudden u are now saying good on king and co u say u understand now why they could say nothing about any of the deals that have been done in the past or why they could not release any information why do they need to go to s f a with a new buisness plan they are paying there bills they have started the process to relist the reason why the nomad resigned was they knew what the investigation would bring to light and it may leave them exposed for a lack of diligence when agreeing to be the nomad for the fraudsters which may result in claims against their p I there is a whole lot more to come out this and on top whyte is trying through another company that he gave security over everything to claim all the money out of the liquidators pot that is being held to pay creditors

loyds bank knew whites intention to put the club into admin but they did not reckon he would outsmart them and rob everything possible before that happened whyte had done this many times before with distressed companys he had taken over and believe it or not it was not the first time he had defrauded close bros (ticketus) it was his first fraud which involved his first company in scotland it was the vehicle finance part of close bros (called closed asset) just an out and out fraudster he was that bent he could not lie straight out in bed at night
