Mw on bbc sport saying he still hopes to make 1 or 2 signing b4 deadline day. He also says they sometimes take longer so i for one will be cutting him some slack this week. Sorry fellow bears for my negative posts this week.

MW doesn't do the signing of new players. It is Stewart Robertson and Andrew Dickson who do all the negotiations with other clubs. MW only identifies who he wants and these guys try to get them (not very successfully though) .
