As you know fellow bears I posted on here weeks ago now that I was told rangers were in advanced talks with under armour to take over from puma to become our new kit manufacturers, a guy I speak regularly with at ibrox told us yesterday at the game that he was told by a manager of a sports shop who he's friendly with that its NB (new balance) who will be our new kit makers which will be announced within the next month or so, one way or another this kit carry on has to be sorted out pronto as there's big money to be made by us with kit sales, my info is that its definitely under armour but time will tell, if its a straight fight between under armour v new balance to become our new kit makers then I prefer and hope its under armour, what do the rest of you guys feel?

New balance seem to make decent kits but i would prefer under armour looking at some of their stuff.

Agreed hooly 78,Ashley won't just rip up his contract, unfortunately green gave him that contract and it won't be easy to get out of it.

Before we start to worry about who makes our strips we need to look at how we can get rid of Ashley and the best way for me is to try and get everyone campaigning against him not just regarding Rangers but regarding everything he does in the business world. Harness the Politicians, the Trade Unions, anyone that will help bring him down and seek to destroy him. People won't generally give a toss about what he has done to us alongside his pal, Green, (unless they are Rangers Supporters), but there are enough people out there that would take action against the way he runs his businesses and treats his staff.

1 of you're sources is telling you lies then under armour or new balance.

More likely to be under armour as they already work with sports direct. However 18 months is a long time. Who knows what will happen when the contract with puma runs out? Can't see NB or Under Armour buying Puma out.

So how is it going to work?
Under Armour will be prepared for a protracted court battle against Ashley along with us?
Potentialy running to millions of pounds.

NB have shelled out over 25 million for the celtic deal warbs15.A figure DK would have wet dreams about. Puma and SD have watertight contracts so the ditching of Retail is total fantasy. Mr King knows he can't challenge these 2 Massive Retail outlets. Sad but true mate. Not wanting to criticise you post but in Reality NB have far bigger fish to fry in the retail world.

I may also prefer UA to NB however some concern regarding sizing - my colleagues advised some my robust fellow supporters may struggle to get into shirts given their tight fitting?

Xxl maybe required.
