For me harry forrester has done more than enought to deserve to be in that starting line up.
Only changes i would make would be him for MOH and Tav for Hodson.

Team wise, I would go with Tav at full back and Forrester for McKay. Rossiter and Barton would be the mainstays of the defensive midfield.

Hodson must get in ahead of Tav, especially away from home. At home we can play more free so let Tav bomb down the wing but away the grounds are tighter and Hodson can defend better. MOH should be given a chance however a bit like my last point, smaller pitch means tighter therefore no room for his pace down the wing and therefore Harry would be better suited.
