Some of you must be watching complete different games. Slating kenny Miller. Guys scored the winner the last two games. He can only do so much in that formation. Problem is the right 3 in the midfield. You can't have Barton rossiter Halliday. All to similar. And all want that deeper role. One or at a push 2 should start. Ohalloran should start gives us that pace were needing and push forrester into a more central role or start with niko then make that change when he's ran out of steam.

Been a loyal servant to us for years but his 1st, 2nd and 3rd touch are a bit suspect at times. Needs 5 100% chances before he scores one. I've always seen him as a super sub and certainly not a lone striker.

Agree that Halliday should not be in the starting line up but Miller should have had a hat trick against Motherwell and the younger Miller would have. He would also have scored two or three against Hamilton. Miller will always be a good guy to have around but perhaps for the last half hour.

Plenty of options now for midfield and attack so players that aren't 100% in games should be dropped, starting with Mckay and Halliday.

I find myself in total agreement with liam442,although our veteran striker kenny miller is in the twilight of his career the guy STILL scores the important goals in the BIG games for us, miller is a thoroughbred and great example to all our aspiring young players at rangers, he's still as fit as a butcher's dog and has been and still is a great role model and servant to glasgow rangers, he'll also go on to be a good manager/ head coach and will imo become a future glasgow rangers manager.

Hey Warb15 - I do agree, but our profligacy in front of goal is largely down to Kenny. I agree with a few comments on the above in that he should not be starting. I don't agree that Halliday should be dropped, if anyone it should be barton based on current form. Hall has been much more of a threat.

Sorry. Miller has a bad first touch? O'Halloran should start? What games do you guys watch!

Miller creates space, rarely wastes a pass and more over scores important goals. He is by FAR our most intelligent player with regard to movement and link up play. He is hamstrung by a midfield that will not play a telling pass, and in fact, the only three players that seem to see his runs is Kranjcar, Wallace and Wilson. Kenny is rightly the number one CF choice, earned through his ability and his scoring. Dodoo is nowhere near ready to lead the line, Ohalloran I will get onto and Waggy needs the space that playing on the right provides.
Ohalloran puts his head down and charges forward, inevitably losing the ball in the process, then when he does get to the line, has no crossing ability, or when he gets 1-on-1 with the keeper and has an opportunity to square it to his team mate he let's the ball bobble into the keepers arms. He is indecisive and lacks the technique and intelligence to play in this formation. If we were playing against teams that have high defensive lines, he would be great (Lovenkrands) but we aren't and he isn't.

Miller does not create space he drops deep to try and be a playmaker and crowds midfield and then when the ball gets up top there is no one there. he's a liability who needs to start focusing on getting in the box. 2 goals do not make up for his lack of ability and instinct to play upfront. he's a workhorse it's all he's ever been.

sorry cee but do u actually watch Kenny he is always on the move trying to make himself available but the passes don't come so he drops deep to get involved in the play more the guy is a great player for us and a great role model I do agree though that he should be brought on with 20 to 30 mins to go.

unfortunitly for Kenny, garner has signed and will score a barrowload for us which will put him down the pecking order and dodo likes to play on the wing but i'd only play him in the cup games this season and if he doe well then i'd give him a shout in the league.

Miller is best Scottish striker of last 15 years, great pro hence his longevity.

I think his role this season should be super sub rather than starter. Can count on him giving his all either way.

Moh on other hand was a waste of 250k- he can run (so could forest Gump) but has zero end product.

I must admit i'm abit of a miller fan. i agree with everybody in a way that he's been dropping to deep in the last few games but i think that's down to frustration at lack of att mid and also agree he needs a few chances but he has got the winner in the last 2 games. and who wid bet against him getting another against the mhanky mhob in a few weeks?

Millers drive last season was one of the reasons we got over the line. His running pulls defenders out of position and creates space for others.
