Why does it matter if they have English accents?

Both my kids were born in Kilmarnock and because of my work they will undoubtedly develop English accents; that doesn't make them any less Scottish than you deecee.

I have to agree to some extent .
if u where born in Scotland u r Scottish but if u get a game for Scotland because your granda was Scottish then I don't agree with that.
people shouldn't be allowed to play for a country unless they where born there or to an extent raised there like went through the whole of school in said country.
